Daily Simple Questions Thread - September 26, 2018

I know this has been asked a thousand times but i have a bit of a different problem with finding a good program. I recently (3-4 weeks ago) had a back injury, not the most major injury but still makes it extremely uncomfortable to squat or deadlift. So im looking to skip squats and probably deadlift for a while and try biking in the meantime. I dont really know what thoughts are for cycling for leg work but id figure its better than to do nothing (i hope). So im basically looking for a program to run 3 days a week that takes around 1-1.5 hours without any leg work. What program would you recommend? Also i said cant do back work but i will do all back work i can thats comfortable, so probably alot of dumbbell style type of stuff. Also i forgot to say i was going to the gym for around 4 months before my injury so im not a complete neewbie, i just dont know what program to use. I used nsuns 5 days before but now that im in i guess whats called college in america i dont have the time for 5 days to train, also nsuns has leg work idk what to really do so im looking for someone with more knowledge than me to help. I greatly appreciate any help.
