Daily Simple Questions Thread - July 08, 2021

Can you run PPL with 6 sessions a week as a natural? So i'm doing the PPL from the wiki (with two or three exercises switched out) and i'm currently running it with ~5 sessions per week (PPLRPPLR) but the problem is on sundays my gym only has open for a very short time, so it happens from time to time that i have to delay a session by a day, giving me an unwanted extra rest day. Now i'm thinking of doing a little less volume and running PPLPPLR, so that i always have my rest day on sunday. Is this feasible over a long period of time for a natural (maybe add in a deload week every couple weeks)? I know guys from my gym who run this and say it's fine, but they are all on roids so i'm not too sure. I'll try it anyways but i'm not too sure how much to cut the volume, and how long term it works, so it would be nice if somebody who did this themselves could share a little of their experience
