Okay. But are you really going to fine someone after they were sexually assaulted, and she used it to protect herself? I mean come on. This is what common sense is. I get that the courts are supposed to operate purely on legal reasoning, but I also think there should be room for compassion and common sense.

I dunno. I guess I see the other side, that if she had killed him. But shit. It's still self defense. Once someone decides to rape someone, I'm sorry...not gonna shed a tear if the person being raped kills them in the act of self defense. Do I think they should be 100% killed no. Of course they should be brought to justice. But this is a situation where someone is being assaulted, and they are trying to get out of being assaulted. They shouldn't have to just lay there and take it, because it's okay the courts will get him.

Whether it's rape, or someone physically beating you, an individual has the right to defend themselves and try to escape the situation. I don't think every situation = the aggressor should be killed. But I also am not going to say that, if I was being raped, I would do anything to get out from my rapists. Even if that means killing him/her. Might be hard to understand unless you are woman. But rape is something we fear every day. Actually, I think more and more men are becoming afraid too. Since females raping men, is on the rise.

But I would say, women have to fear it more from just walking around. And men are naturally stronger. So getting attacked is something most women fear. To have that kind of fear always being in the back of your mind, is really sad, and fucked up. It sucks. I try to push it down, because I can't live my life thinking about "what ifs'. But you also have to be prepared to defend yourself.

And if someone is going to rape me, I'm personally going to do what I can to get out. Even if that means killing them if that's what it takes to get them to stop.
