I just realized how much I would love a remastered version of the D2 storyline. Updated graphics, game mechanics, and many of the minions but marching through Tristram, the Catacombs, Lut Gholein, Kurast, Pandemonium and the Arreat Summit.. it could be an awesome nostalgia game. Just a straight up remake with all the same minions and characters and skills would be too vanilla, but giving the game experience a full remake (while keeping some of the more memorable minions like Mephisto, the Council, Rakinishu, Radament, Lister, etc.) and introducing some new ones and new wrinkles, a few new dungeons (and getting rid of the %$^ maggot lair), I think it'd be awesome
