Disneyland apologises for banning boy from Princess experience | Film

It is not unreasonable to ask if a child that young was unduly influenced by his parents to act in a manner that is unusual among children

Only if there's reasonable cause. You're insinuating that something about the child's behavior is wrong. But children don't 100% conform to gender norms. They never have. There have always been effeminate boys and masculine girls.

If you think the question is reasonable, then what, specifically, justifies accusing the parent of undue influence in this context? You're insinuating that boys should be boys, otherwise they're abnormal. That's what's offensive about it. One kid wants to have fun at no one else's expense and suddenly someone's at fault. Imagine being that kid and every time you want to have fun and someone turns it into a philosophical dilemma. Or targets you for it, because their church said it was wrong.

I know you don't realize you're doing it, but you're demonstrating systemic oppression. Kids like this exist. And they don't consider themselves gay or social justice warriors. They're just trying to do what they do the only way they know how to. You're framing it like this is a rational question, but in reality its a kid that's not allowed to have fun because the majority of society holds a socially repressed view.

I lived in Alabama. People down there are still trying to frame anti-black racism as just a matter of opinion. But when your opinion takes away someones freedoms, they don't have the option to argue back anymore. And its really easy to convince yourself that you're right when you've scared your opposition away from defending themselves. Just like little boys that want to play princess, and society tells them that they can't for literally no good reason. This was never a rational debate. The action has already been done. And the verdict passed. Abnormal. All I see on this thread is "I don't understand it, and I don't like it." But as a former "abnormal" kid myself, it literally feels like the whole world is conspiring against you. Even dumb kids that don't know what they're talking about hate you for no reason. And even the adults don't have a good one. Gender norms and that culture of shame deserve to be dismantled. This is the same culture that put woman in the kitchen and discourages them from pursuing STEM fields today. Its not a rational belief system. Its primate hierarchy and dominance. And there's no good reason for it. It causes unnecessary suffering under the guise of being normal, and it shouldn't be normal anymore.
