I didn't say they were dumb. I said he is dumb. I didn't even say he had a diagnosed intellectual disability, I said he was in range. He doesn't have a diagnosed disability he just skipped school constantly. If he applied himself he had the potential to be very smart but he isn't. He got his IQ tested because he's a criminal and they tested it for the investigation and that's the only reason we know his IQ is low. He's been tested many, many times for intellectual disabilities though and he doesn't have one.

I have an intellectual disabilities and I have 3 college degrees, 2 in accounting. I know not everyone with an intellectual disability is dumb but someone with an IQ in the 55-65 range with otherwise normal capabilities is dumb. If that offends you I don't really care because it's a fact. They're actually lacking knowledge and my cousin actually is stupid.

You can have an intellectual disability disability and be smart, you can also be stupid and have a low IQ and not have an intellectual disability.
