Does HO even shop at Walmart? Let alone attempt to understand how these new structures and “rules” ( aka OBW) effect the workforce? We individuals who are forced to implement these new guidelines in order to keep a roof over our head & feed our family?

I don't think anyone from HO even shops at the store next door. From reviews posted online it sounds like the store across the street from HO is getting to be more like every other store in America:

Called 4 times to ask a simple question. Was hung up on twice and put on hold for and hour... And our local stores are suppose to be a template for the rest of the country??? Yeah right, what a joke. No wonder they are going down hill, while companies like amazon are going up.

Forced us to stop went through our stuff to make sure our items matched our receipts... Not a thief but you treated like one will avoid walmart as much as possible

Been an very long time loyal customer at this store and last night was approached by this LP(Lost and Prevention) Associate telling me I had to leave the store because I was mistakenly identified as individual who shop lift from this store. Sorry I know we individuals look alike...

I was shopping at the Bentonville Super Center on 12/10/18 at 09:45 pm...only one checkout register operating...four plus scan and go registers we're open...not hiring any seasonal employees...running out of plastic bags...in my fifty plus years of shopping at Walmart, I have never seen any store run out of bags. Very poor supervision and management. I will do any future shopping at Harps or any Walmart competitors. I am very dissatisfied with the quality (pispoor) and disorganization. When you need help nobody is around or they are incapable of answering simple questions about replenishment of normal stock products...they seem to cater to people willing to put up with poor service. Shaking my head...Sam would be rolling in his grave over this quality of service.
