Do you have a credible article that the intelligence agencies knew 100% that they knew Iraq did not have WMD?

If that is true then fair enough. But we know 100% in the past Hussein DID have WMD with chemical weapons (which he used) and DID try to build nukes.

That sounds kind of grey to me.

The same kind of grey where Assad said was giving up his Chemical weapons and they would be destroyed by Russia. Well... guess that didn't happen.
