Don't freak out about swollen lymph nodes

Thanks for this. I have a node right now in my neck that's a decent size. It's hard or firm. I think it's gone down in size. My mother and wife tell me it has quite a bit. I can barely see it even when I try to make it visible. I had a ct scan, ultrasound, hospital visit with bloodwork. I'm still worried. I had a mild cough and some flatulence lately. No loss of appetite. I feel completely healthy and normal until I worry about the lymph node on my neck. My Dr said it would have been indicated in bloodwork and ct scans, but I still panick. He's now gonna order a biopsy for me to ease my mind. He seems unconvinced, but I still drive myself insane from time to time. I had a really bad fever back on Christmas. It went away and then a cough manifested. That went away too. All he even said about my ultrasound was that there was some swollen nodes. Nothing else. Just let him know if it persists. I've actually been feeling quite a bit better as of late. Back to normal, I'd say. I had some antibiotics to tackle a sinus infection that i was sure I had. That fixed a lot of things. The cough symptoms only flare up when I go outside and have lots of mucus flowing. (Very cold weather). Sounds like post-nasal drip. My appetite went away for a short period, while I was experiencing lots of drippy nose and cough symptoms. Felt nausea too. That sorted itself out and got better. I just ate a large pizza, drank a 1.5L of chocolate milk and then consumed a chili burger and French fries. Probably ate about 3000 calories. I tell myself that if I had lymphoma, that wouldn't happen, but I still worry. (I lost a small amount of weight while I was sick, so I'm compensating lol)
