Help!

I’m sorry you’re going through this! The best advice I can give you is as hard as it is stay off Google in regards to looking up symptoms. I had to be told this so many times for it to click, (I still struggle with it here and there) but as best you can don’t Google symptoms as it just leads down never ending paths of anxiety. It’s of course easier said than done and won’t obviously completely fix everything but it’s a small start. One thing my therapist told me as well that I think about a lot is Possibility vs Probability when it comes to thinking you have something or something is seriously wrong. Essentially just because something is possible it doesn’t mean it’s probable or will likely happen even if we’ve convinced ourselves it will. For example there’s a possibility a meteor could strike the earth any second, however the probability of that is of course very low so most people don’t don’t bother worrying about it. Anxiety makes this type of thinking incredibly hard but this idea of Possibility vs Probability has definitely been of some help in providing some forced rational thinking when my thoughts are going crazy!
