Warriors FO understands the importance of Draymond Green. We lost a championship because he was not on the court. Every fan remembers this. Furthermore our ownership hasn't indicated they're going to try and start saving money. The Warriors are moving next year and that stands to make the franchise a lot of money. It doesn't make sense to me to mess with a championship formula.

To try and place meaning in anyone's actions via headlines you read on Reddit and think pieces from SAS truly is pure speculation, though.
