Well she was deep, deep into MLMs, she drove them to bankruptcy TWICE because of it. They bought a giant 5 bedroom house they couldn’t afford, and even though she worked for an MLM and talked about how she made so much money she could stay home with the kids, they were paying $500/week for the kids to both be in full time daycare/preschool. She had expensive tastes and belittled her husband on Facebook lives all the time, and she was always on her phone because of the MLM. She also claimed to have Lupus, among many other things, and refused to let her In laws see the kids. None of these reasons, of course, justify murder, ever. But it’s no surprise that he fell into bed with the first woman who was nice to him, a coworker. There’s tons more to that part of the story too, but the mistress says she thought they were in the middle of separation and had no idea she was pregnant. She googled things like “how much did Amber Fry make when she wrote her book”. Amber fry was Scott Peterson’s mistress. Scott murdered his pregnant wife years ago and amber wrote a book about it. There’s conspiracy theories about who could be involved. Originally Chris Watts said he killed his wife but only because he caught her after she had killed the kids. He failed a polygraph test and later confessed to all three murders. It’s an interesting case, if you’re into true crime and/or conspiracy theories, it’s a good one.
