Disagree totally. That makes no sense whatsoever. Why intertwine them into the storyline, throughout the whole season, just to kill them off in a single scene? Are you being serious? That's the most childish interpretation I've read on here so far.

Becca is important to the story. Homelander Jnr is vital to the story. They've set it all up for S2. Imagine if they built up all that intricate storyline, then just wiped it out in one scene where Homelander murders them both just to piss off Butcher?

Are we watching different shows here? You seriously think that killing Becca and the kid arbitrarily is more likely than continuing the storyline they've spent a whole first season on developing?
