Do I even stand a chance? Collective agreement violation

Thank you for the response it has given me a bit to think about. Basically, they dissolved out local because one member was texting in secret sexually to female employees. They never brought it to the executives' attention. Instead filed with the labour board then contacted international.
International rather than risk it going in front of the board called an emergency meeting where they suspended all executives from executives positions.

International launched an investigation and even after their lawyer conducted his investigation and said we didn't sexually discriminate and she was hired in a non discriminate way that she wouldn't stand a chance in court. We have his letter that states this.

Suddenly, these texts come forward, and They held a tirbunal. where they not only asked legal rep to leave(we have letters saying we were allowed legal council at our own expense) but also falsified a fellow union mans statment to agree that we didnt hire properly as outlined in our agreement. (This member is willing to testify they altered his statement) when I requested the transcripts I was denied. I noticed their lawyer made sure (the same one mind you that said there was no wrong doing) suddenly said we are all misogynist who build our careers on the backs of women. There was not a single woman down there when I started and this is my cousin making the accusations.

So I contacted international and requested the transcripts they said I'm not allowed a copy....

I told them we'll they need to change their record or have their lawyer change his statement as I dare them to prove I'm a misogynist or the other males they chalked up all together because of one man's texts. They assured me that it wouldn't be on my record, which I doubt as it is.

They then changed all the rules from senority hiring practice to rotation and changed our local from 11 to 16 people, leading to an immediate cut in all senior employee's wages. Which hurts a majority of the employees.

from my understanding CLRB still has not signed off on local merger. also it our collective agreement with the company says they have to hire us in senority order. I found out our collective agreement is still I'm affect till December 31/2023 and the company is basically choosing certain rules to follow and others not too with whatever international has told them too. As far as I can tell the company is working in collusion with the international to hurt all senoir members.

They even took the least senior employee with the most mistakes. (Literally set a record that year) and trained him to be a Foreman and anyone who was at the bottom of senority who have worked there a couple years or less are all in select and appoint positions where they are guaranteed daily work while the rest of us who have been there for 10 years or more and left to fight over what remaining work rotates between us in this part time seasonal skilled trade job.
