the most memorable experiences like this that i’ve had are:

• finishing march comes in like a lion felt like the biggest payoff to any emotional investment i’ve ever had in a cast of characters. i felt a full range of emotions during the last episode from start to finish.

• the last few episodes of violet evergarden were a ride that i don’t think i’ll ever forget. similar to rei in march comes in like a lion, seeing how far violet came in her 12 episode journey was so beautiful i was at a loss for words.

• every time the credits roll at the end of a viewing of a silent voice is a moment where i feel this weird mixture of emotions and get really overwhelmed after taking in just how amazing the film is on so many levels to me.
