Not just that, but the Earth in DB/Z/S doesn't even have any of these races. There aren't Chinese people in DB, it's just a massive super continent - the eastern part of the continent where Chichi is from draws inspiration from the eastern part of the real world. The western part, where Bulma is from, draws inspiration from... you guessed it! The west in the real world. There are literal talking animal people, and magic lasers, and people are splitting hairs over a race that doesn't even exist on the universe Goku comes from.

Goku is from an alien race called saiyans, that don't even have a home planet because those dumbasses destroyed it, and went off to colonize another planet. ( Even changed the name! They destroyed Sadala, went to Plant, renamed it Vegeta. ) The fact that he landed on the eastern side of the Earth does not suddenly make him Chinese.
