I have a few questions about balancing gunas.

Namaste: Confession: I looked at your post history, and see that you live in the same city I do. I'm a vegetarian, and we get by quite well here, we use Superstore, and I eat a large salad every day for lunch. It is expensive if you're a student, but it's fast and simple, just chopped cukes, peppers, tomatoes, some grated carrot or daikon, fresh basil in summer, dried in winter, olive oil and vinegar. I'm not sure how much prana would be lost in the 3 hours before lunch if you made it to take. As you said, breakfast and dinner are easier. Still, we do eat leftovers some or prepare out own frozen meals, and then microwave them. Yht's probably only 10% of the time.

If you can afford it, Bountiful market has fresh produce all year long, grown in greenhouse in the south of the province. We have or used to have a small garden in summer. It's all different them.

Best wishes, it's been warming up. DM me if you'd like to meet at a temple some day.
