You would probably get a Zoom hearing anyways - But as long as it isn't your word against hers you should be good. Have everything ready though. And read -

It will cost a couple hundred bucks to file the paperwork unless you qualify for a fee waiver.
I would just send her a claim filled out with "Prepared for Submission" without filing it with the court and paying the fees and see if she buckles - But I don't know the laws on doing that - See what others say - I did it and don't personally care but.....
If you don't hear back from her or her lawyers then file it with the court.
