FL. Parents attempting to end my marriage.

You no longer want contact and will consider any future contact to be a part of a pattern of ongoing harassment. You'll then file police reports against them whenever they contact you. Butt dial - cops. Letter at Christmas - cops.

That's not how this works. Harassment in most states requires an element of plausible physical threat. If OP got a restraining order against his parents, then he could call the police anytime his parents contacted him. Failing that, the police are going to A) Think he's a nut; B) Get annoyed, and C) Tell him to file said restraining order if it matters that much to him; should OP fail to do so, the likely result is D) The police will not take future matters from him seriously.

If OP's wife is legal, then he just needs to block his parents' phones or try to get a restraining order. Otherwise, he needs to similarly block his parents and focus his legal resources on her status.
