As much as you could be right, you do not know for certain that he is a "little kid" or that he doesn't have the ability to do so. You'd be surprised to learn that government agencies actually bring in "little kids" all the time such as 14 - 16 year olds who have a vast knowledge of networking and cyber security. There's kids out there younger than me that are in charge of keeping federal data secured and other special projects that the public doesn't even know about. Age doesn't mean anything when it comes to cyber security. I work in the field, I know. There should be a zero tolerance policy when it comes to your personal data. If someone threatens to attack your network, they should have repercussions whether they were being truthful or just trying to scare someone.
