Honestly almost all of them, upwards of 90% of global wild population (peta would be enough at this point and best to not anger pet owners on a personal level), that would bring in a pretty penny at those rates (Euro's)

I would justify this by using the meat to feed the hungry and poor across the globe, as I gain support and people accepted cats and dogs as food I would expand and breed the remaining and lucky 10% I spared creating a massive profit free empire (profit free taxes suck) become incredibly wealthy and be providing significant relief to a world wide human crises. They'll love it and I would probably do so with the blessings, contributions and gifts from those up high.
