Found a perfect home and now want to buy much earlier than planned. Should we do this?

9 days. There were a lot of people at the open house and a lot of saves on zillow. As long as it holds it's value I would be content. I don't expect it to increase in value. This is more about having more space for us, (the basement and huge garage make this a big place to us) having a backyard for our dog, not paying 14k a year in rent while actually saving money monthly, and no more crazy apt neighbors. We're over apt life.

It was sold to the current owner in 2016, who is a contractor and fixed it up for himself. Before that it was sold in 09 for 80k. No further history than that.

Also I was wrong on sq footage, it was 576 sq feet.
