No. I just don’t think you’ve made any arguments that prove she is a bad person in a context that means the US shouldn’t have worked to secure her release from what we consider to be conditions that are human rights abuses. Americans are free to hate America, they’re free to travel to Russia and play basketball for foreign companies. She plead guilty to the assault and disorderly conduct charges and satisfied any legal requirement to seek counseling and be reformed. People do not have to be literally perfect in order to be worthy of our sympathy and aid.
