Well I made my final purchases this week. I was really hoping to buy myself an IWI x95 but the LGS was being pretty dumb with me so I decided to use the money for 2 other rifles: AR9 (takes colt mags) and a regular AR15. Found them for a good price online and with the help from the guys on discord, I managed to talk down the price a bit.
Also I decided to make my glock 19 look pretty since i had extra money from not buying a x95, so I bought a Zev Spartan slide, Agency Arms barrel and magwell, Streamlight tlr-1s, extended mag release and slide stop as well as the ghost edge connector and the light firing pin safety spring. This is on top of the red Apex flat faced trigger I got for it.
Before you ask, no I'm not going to place a red dot on it and no I'm not going to stipple it. I actually like the finger grooves. Also for some reason the pins on the glock are a bitch. The one near the grip pops right out but the other one requires a hammer and the last one requires me to move the slide stop just right for the pin to come out. Worth it though as the glock now has a crisp and consistent 4lb pull with a distinct wall and reset. I'm sure the 25c trigger job helped alot. All it needs now is for the Trijicon HS XR night sights (yellow) to be installed. I made an appointment with my favorite gunsmith since I don't have the tools.
I also decided to buy a diamondhead buis and trijicon mro w/adm qd mount for the ar9. The ar15 was bought as a complete rifle so it doesn't need anything. So I'm just going to mount the Vortex viper 1-4x w/adm qd mount I was planning on giving to the x95. Almost forgot, I was debating on either getting a dedicated 22lr ar15 (mp15-22) or buying the conversion kit. Found a kit used so I bought the cmmg conversion kit.
Finally, I bought more ammo since my lgs was selling pmc xtac 62gr for cheap. With the amount of ammo I have now, I'm starting to actually get worried my apartment floor will collapse.
Once I have everything assembled and I get more range time with all of them, I'll take pictures and write a nice summary for gunnit to see.
If you're still reading, can anyone recommend good 9mm muzzle devices? Also where do I get magazine part kits for colt style 32 round magazines? The spring is bent on one of them so I want to replace it. And lastly, the agency arms barrel is cut flushed and reversed crowned, does this have any benefits?
TL/DR: I bought an used AR9 and an used AR15 since my dealer was being dumb with me, and now my glock 19 has more makeup on it then a 2 bit whore. With the 2 rifles, I now have 3 guns. I think I'll be good for a while.
