Somewhat, because they don't know what truly leads to success in society.

White worshipers get bluepilled by whites with the idea that whites are "better" and that they can obtain some of that "privilege" by marrying into a white family. This was certainly the case in some Asian countries that were colonised by whites. The white worshipers are hence hyped about marrying WM and having Eurasian kids which are a symbol that "they have made it".

But you know what? This social idea is shaped by the group in power i.e. whites. Obviously they want to sell you the idea that whiteness is good as they want you to worship whiteness and this ultimately benefits them. But of course they don't want you to truly reach their level or surpass them so obviously whites will never allow white worshipers to truly obtain white privilege.

There is no guarantee formula to success in society but it often has to do with working hard, taking calculated risks, standing up when you fail, etc. Pretty much all of the famous and successful people in society have these traits. The reason why capitalist societies sell you the idea that materialism and status is good as they want you to become materialistic which ultimately benefits the rich i.e. the group in power as it means that you are encouraged to buy their goods and services. However, they don't tell you what traits you need to increase your chances of truly reaching the very top of the social hierarchy as they don't want you surpassing them.
