They've probably heard it all before. If you have under 3 years of sobriety I'd seriously recommend listening 1000x more than speaking. And if you do speak, share your experience, share your strength, and share your hope...which is kind of difficult when you're only 30 days sober, most of the time it's people sharing nonsense they should be hashing out with their sponsor 1 on 1 instead of waisting time by sharing more nonsense like "I just gotta learn to trust people again".

You're a representative of Christ, you need experience, strength, and hope to share with others that are helpless which you can't if you keep relapsing.
