Here's why this isn't true. Worldwide, majority of HIV infections are from heterosexual sex, and I don't have the stats for Europe and America, but in developing countries, majority of new HIV infections are.... guess????

Homosexual men do have riskier sexual behaviour in that they have a higher rate of a successful transmission, but as a group, heterosexual men have the worst and the most dangerous sexual behaviour and to make matters worse, they are far more successful than gay men at infecting people with HIV at the end of the day.

Homosexual men are primarily a danger disease wise to other homosexual men.

Heterosexual men are a danger to everybody.
