'Good guy with a gun' only works when you're the "wight" color.

Jesus Christ. I'm not normalizing unjustified shootings, I've said countless times that he made the wrong call.

I'm just tired of the narrative that the only reason that happened is because he hates black people. Yes he (and every other cop) received training about how to handle similar situations, but he's a human being. He was no doubt terrified (as any reasonable person would be) and it affected his judgement.

He should be punished for what happened. Perhaps not with jail time, but certainly with something. But can this sub stop pretending that cops are somehow superhuman? He is subject to the same fear as anyone else, even if he has trained to handle it.
