Was going to go to that show with a couple older siblings. Would have been my first Dead show. As it is I never saw them live.

Truth be told I really didn't like some of the songs they were playing at that time, like the opener Iko Iko for instance just bugs the fuck out of me. It's one of those songs that I really loved the first time I heard it (don't remember who played it, when or where), but I never, ever wanted to hear it a second time.

So I just delete it and others I can't stand from shows I have in my digital collection. Sacrilege for purists I suppose, but if it allows me to enjoy the Dead to my fullest capacity, I don't hesitate to flush songs I don't like from their shows.

All that aside, thank you for posting this. I actually don't have anything from '82 to '88 as that period didn't do much for me. I suppose I should grab a good copy of this one just since it was in town.
