Frustration at the start of school

"It is emphatically the province and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is. Those who apply the rule to particular cases, must of necessity expound and interpret that rule. If two laws conflict with each other, the courts must decide on the operation of each."

If your argument is that the Constitution says it's a right, but the Constitution says that the Courts get to interpret the Constitution, and the Courts interpreted the Constitution to mean that you can't point guns at people in shopping malls (it's still "bearing" even if you're pointing them at people!), then the Constitution literally does not say what you think it says.
