You guys have any tips for drinking more water?

Tea and skim milk are great alternatives (in moderation for the latter). If it's the lack of flavor that bothers you, there are sugar-free additives like Mio. If your tap tastes like shit, there are cheap water filters that fit onto your faucet. If you just don't fucken like water, your best bet is to get used to it, like forcing yourself to eat peas or carrots until you like em.

But keep in mind how important hydration is. You can live for a few days without water, but not without suffering organ damage.

Ignore the "8 glasses per day" trite. It's different for everyone. Just make sure your urine is a nice shade between yellow and clear. And drink when you're thirsty.
