Gym Story Saturday

I've been trying to increase my strength as much as possible before I begin my mega-cut to 240lbs (I'm at 270 right now). I went to the gym yesterday after about a week off and did my usual workout, but I increased the weights that I was using by 5lbs each on DB exercises in order to force muscle growth and try to break out of the plateau that I'm in. I finished the workout, so tired to the point that I was going ask for help getting up from my last exercise on the bench, and I was dripping with sweat- or so I thought. I must have fallen asleep or something on that bench, because when I got up 7 people suddenly were arrayed around me in a circle. They helped me up and asked if I was OK. That question kind of bothered me, but I responded that I was just a little tired. They handed me a phone so I could look at my face. To put this into perspective, my gym doesn't have any mirrors in it, so I couldn't tell that I was bleeding profusely from my forehead. I looked into that phone and saw my blood-streaked face and almost passed out again. I had popped a large zit on my forehead right before I went to the gym, but I put a band-aid on it so I thought that it wouldn't bleed. I was wrong. Apparently, I had been walking all around the free weight section with blood running down my face and no one said a damn thing until I was done with my workout. I was working out so hard that I didn't even notice that the "sweat" I thought was running down my face was actually blood. I didn't know whether to thank them for not bothering me and my gains, or curse them for not telling me that I was bleeding profusely from my face. I ended up not saying anything because I was too tired. I washed my face and one of them helped me out to my car. If you guys ever see someone in the gym that's bleeding and they don't seem to notice- tell them, even if they're working out hard.
