Everyone has different expectations these days for dates. Just for some perspective, and maybe it’s because I’m me, but the guy is usually asking the girl on a date. I’ve been asked out by a girl once.

It can really tear up your bank account when you’re trying to go out on dates and the other person always you expects to pay. Especially in your early 20’s when you’re broke and $50-$100 is A LOT of money.

The last first date I went on the girl insisted on paying for dinner. So it turned into a lighthearted debate over who was going to pay for dinner. We’ve been dating for almost 4 years now and hope to get her a ring soon.

You think he’s attractive, do you like his personality? Try doing something free or cheap with him.
