Wow, what an episode. I'm not surprised they left us with a cliffhanger again, but at least this time we know for sure they're renewed for another season. Even with COVID, that might speed things up.

I'm interested in the future direction of the show. What are The Boys without The Seven to counter them? Knowing where the directors come from, I'm a little wary we might get into a Supernatural-type slump if we end up getting, say, five seasons.

I'm a little disappointed in the choice to kill off Maeve, as I feel her character was just taking off— But I guess the same could be said for lamplighter. I found Stormfront to be a far less interesting character; more of a plot-tool than a real person, so keeping her around wouldn't have made sense... but Maeve? Really?

Anyway... time to unsubscribe to this sub before it becomes the off-season garbage it's been before. (I prefer the on-season garbage!)
