It means that someone doesn't have a consistent secure place to go to.

Desperate, sad, struggling, overlooked, and used.

I have seen and interacted with homeless people. I usually try to give them some change.

I see a difficult time in that person's life. I do feel sorry for them, and wish them a speedy recovery.

There are many causes. Some of them are within your control and some aren't.

I try to help them. If the have a request I listen and see if I can help or not.

It isn't spoken of much because it is considered shameful, or a personal failing.

They are going through a difficult time, and need help.

I try not to rub or do something resentful. Like use my smartphone, or eat something.

Hopefully some kind of food, hygienic item, or food for their pet.

Sorrow, and a little respect.

Something about life being easier if we worked together.

I don't know. I would like to see more compassion than judgement.
