US House approves Hong Kong Human Rights and Democracy Act, with Senate vote next

I can't tell if this is a /s or not. Assuming good faith, no I don't think that. I think that taking a house from somebody two cents short and was willing to correct the balance should be given a chance to collect that balance. It isn't like she just returned her Redbox a day late so they charged her a late fee.

Obviously there is a difference between a bank losing thousands of dollars because somebody was way in over their head. But are you really gonna be like "lul 2 cents shoulda paid in full"? Even the fucking internet bill here lets you get behind 1 payment and cut it on the second. You're saying the bank is too broke to let this woman have a day more to pay 2 cents?
