If it brings you any solace, I have been in the similar boat, except I am on the opposite end if the spectrum. This can only be overcome by self love and acceptance. Follow women of similar body on Instagram, it helps a lot. Love yourself no matter how you look. I am sure you have some positives, count them frequently. Everytime your mind says" but my...." Say to yourself its okay! But with self love comes self improvement, you must discipline yourself to go to the gym. Everytime you don't feel like going, envision your best self. Time is passing by us quickly .I wish I started a decade ago, because my life would have been so so different. I wish you luck!
