How can a woman get rid of the subtle influence of her incompetent/castrated/childish father?

Unfortunately, "incompetent" and "childish" are the only apt words that are part and parcel to my situation. It was going through the funerary preparations (logistically and financially)/rituals were carried out on behalf of the "castration" that my brother endured for years from our father, due to our father's compensation for his incompetence and childishness. Burying our father, after the innocence of the father/daughter parallax being shattered, was a "beheading" of sorts (too late), but this is not applicable to every father/daughter relationship, thankfully.

Draw strength upon the multitudes of good male influences. Grandfathers, uncles, family friends, brothers, teachers/professors, they mean more cumulatively. They're all voices that the Animus is imbued with, listen to the voices that do not hold these traits.
