How does an INFP develop their inferior External Thinking?

I think you can certainly exercise it like a muscle and get better at using it. Anything you practice, you're just going to have less discomfort with. But I think in general the goal of developing yourself as a whole is a better plan, basically means raising the competence of all your functions and working on using them in achord with the lower functions supporting the higher ones. For example if you jump right into inferior function and ignore your tertiary function that is just going to keep pulling you into a dominant-tertiary Loop which is fruitless effort. You are better off strengthening your auxiliary first to help pull you out of those loops and then working on tertiary function as well so it can better support your dominant. Then when you feel good with those functions practice incorporating your inferior more frequently. Inferior function is your aspirational function, so you're always going to want to develop it and admire people who use it well. Good luck
