How I felt using those Meal Delivery subscriptions (Hello Fresh, Blue Apron, etc)

Yeah I use a service called Freshprep and it comes in a freezer bag that you give back every week, and the plastic bags can be rinsed and returned and they recycle them. The meat comes from a local farm, the produce sourced from local farms when possible... The food is good, the portions are big, and the time I spend in the grocery store is cut in half. All for $11/meal per person, sometime less because the "bowl" type meals usually stretches into another night.
Am I sorry if people feel like not doing the grocery shopping means that you didn't really cook the meal? Nope. Its still healthier than takeout, and I work 10-15 hours a day. My fiance works more. Before I used a grocery delivery service, I loved cooking but I didn't have time. I cook way more now than I used to.
