How many times a week/month do you eat fast food or takeaways?

I'm active ish, but not super active. And no I'm not overestimating how much I eat.

When I hit puberty I started losing weight really fast and was eventually hospitalised. They thought it might be hyperthyroidism or an autoimmune disorder but it wasn't, nor was it a parasite, turns out my body just burns energy at a stupid rate.

I have to put work into carefully keeping track of what I eat, I sustained some minor organ damage losing weight so fast when I was young and it'll be worse if I lose weight again so maintaining my current weight (about 13 stone) is important.

Also, it would be really easy for me to fuck my body up with too much fat, salt, sugar etc so I have to be careful with what exactly I eat.
