How should Asian-Americans act and/or do their work in a predominantly white workplace?

Are you a young AF? AF (& HF) can be prejudiced against due to unfortunate stereotypes. If you would just like to have an easier time with the Karens, and don't mind "playing the game", possibly a quick fix could be to go for a short haircut. The shorter the better. Also glasses. It's sad that this would be a way to have an easier time, and you certainly don't have to accommodate them (it's obvs their problem, not yours), but thought I'd add this comment just in case things get tough and it might help. It's also just a theory which might not necessarily work. Best of luck and hope you push through! :)
PS. Sorry if I'm not supposed to comment on this sub. I've only just discovered Reddit this week (nice unintended side effect of UK lockdown) and still figuring out how it works.
