How to survive your twenties as a man: stop watching porn and jerking off completely; delete social media and be very intentional about the digital media you consume (read Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport); develop a reading habit (use goodreads to identify good fiction, self-help and philosophy); work out regularly; and prioritise the development of strong friendships with men and women over career development. Difficult advice to heed (or perhaps just difficult to believe that this advice should be heeded) but if you do the above things your life will improve, including your ability to interact with women. Forget about romantic relationships for a while: once you’re on the right path, people/girls will take note.
