This video appears to be somewhere in Europe so I assume public transit is an entirely viable option. There needs to be better licencing low-bar filters for these idiots. This type of behavior should come with somewhere between 10 years to lifetime suspension of license. In the US and places like Southern California, we have no viable public transit options, a required car-life-culture in a region often cited as defining the term urban sprawl, and an enormous population with the same average intellectual bell curve and pool of idiots that must drive to survive. I was disabled by one of them 2/26/14 as a bystander that was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. If you are in the US/California, your taxes are paying for the results of this idiot hitting me and many others like them. Not to mention my situation can happen to you too. At least much of Europe has the population density to make public transit a real option for professionals and much of the working class. Filtering out these drivers is possible. Here in the US there is no hope. Suspending the license of idiots makes real life impossible.
