Use whatever word you want, but it is clear what was intended by the person who said that those women lack decency.

No, they are vastly different. A requirement is obviously required, while a preference is obviously just preferred rather than required to be the case. Requiring your partner to be physically attractive enough to you is vastly different from requiring your partner to be at least a certain height or no more than a certain height.

I also think men (or women) who have a girlfriend with such a body count and want to end the relationship on that basis are being unreasonable. A woman preferring men to be over a certain height is perfectly fine. Requiring that is not.
