I'm so proud of myself, small victory

I'm really sorry you're going through that. It sounds horrible and I really hope you'll be in a better place soon. I can't claim to know what you're going through, but when I first decided to go vegetarian, I figured I'd go pescetarian at first and then slowly transition. I was depressed at the same time and had no appetite and used to get crazy cravings. I didn't eat right, didn't know how to cook as I was still living with my family, survived on instant noodles and felt tired all the time. It took me a year or two to actually learn how to eat right and cook quick and easy meals. With time I developed new taste buds and started to appreciate new flavors. But it doesn't have to take this long. In my case it was mostly because I didn't do my homework and simply removed the meat from the dishes my mom made.

I'm sorry if this isn't helping. I wish I knew how to help, but I really can't stress how important it is to cook, at least quick and easy meals, and ones that give you comfort. Vegan mac and cheese is super easy to make and is one of my favorite comfort foods.

I tried looking for easy vegan donut recipes. I know this is just one thing, but I hope it helps. I've never made vegan donuts before, but these look straightforward to me.

I also don't know where you are, but in the UK, you get vegan donuts in most Co-ops and they're dirt cheap.
