I'm sorry, but the one drop rule is my least favorite thing about the alt right. I know not all alt righters believe in it, but I hate it so much that so many do. Here are five reasons to completely disregard it.

I think you're perhaps going too far by suggesting that people who are as much as 50% non-white should be welcomed - that wouldn't sit well with most of us (myself included). A more reasonable cut off for American whites if we were to go by genetic background would be something like 1/8th non-white at most. Does 87.5% white sound too strict? I think you'd be hard pressed to get most WN's on board with anything less than that.

But would you really go to someone who looks white, thinks of themselves as white, and has one white parent, and tell them that they can't be white? To me, this is just unconscionable.

And I only say this because you have "White Nationalist" as your flair, but are you sure that is the position you really identify with? White Nationalism is about creating an all white ethnostate. I see a lot of people on here who may identify with WN but then go on to disagree with some of the core concepts shortly thereafter without realizing it.

Yes, I agree with it completely other than how strict it is on those who were fucked over by their parents. For a lot of these people, their non-whiteness is a technicality rather than a legitimate piece of their identity.
