Any ID requirements for voting should not, in the least, make it more difficult for legal, eligible voters to exercize their rights to vote. The state governments should be going out of their ways, practically bending over backwards, to ensure that there are no barriers, whatsoever, that prevent legal, eligible voters from exercizing their rights to vote.
