Intelcom made me cancel Prime with Amazon Canada.

Intelcom was supposed to deliver my Amazon package. Their tracking website was terrible (only had a message like "status: optimized" with no other information). They attempted delivery on Friday but I missed their buzzer call and they didn't leave a card. I called Amazon and they said they would be coming Monday. Monday they didn't come back. Tuesday they say they came while I was home but didn't buzz or leave card. Amazon said they'd reorder it, shipping to my local Canada Post, and give me a giftcard; Amazon told me to refuse delivery on the Intelcom package. I explained to Amazon that I don't want to be responsible for the first package if Intelcom delivers it to the wrong place (I mentioned the other r/canada post about this happening), so I told Amazon to tell Intelcom just return to sender. Amazon said Intelcom's phone number was broken (the one Amazon support has on file) and that their email address bounced. I made a joke about how Intelcom couldn't even deliver an email, and then the Amazon lady laughed and told me not to worry, if they deliver it just keep it and Amazon won't charge me if it isn't returned.

My replacement package showed up at my local Canada Post on Thursday. And on Friday, Intelcom left my package in my building's lobby.
