Judge orders Minneapolis $15 minimum wage question to ballot

I just talked with my brother. i am a finical guy. the united states dollar has dropped 40% in the past five-ten years. if you have not gotten a significant raise you need to this moment walk to your boss and say hey boss i have been working for ten years here. the dollar has dropped and your raises have not kept up with inflation. you need to pay me more. then your boss will raise the prices of the goods or services he provides and will give you a raise and you will feel acomplished.

in business one of the key things s to hope employees do not watch inflation and that they do not ask for sufficient raises, thus each year you can pay them less "purchasing power" while paying them the same dollar value and the business profits more each year! however most employees are loyal if they stay for a few years and a boss would always be more than willing to even offer those loyal employees more than inflationary raises if the employee was feeling bad about the pay.

tl:dr; if you feel you are not being paid enough ask for a raise, 99% of bosses are more than willing to give significant wages.
